By accessing or using Sell My Shiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

3. Listings and Sales

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. All items must be legal to sell in the jurisdictions where they are offered. Sell My Shiz reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or our community guidelines.

4. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed through Stripe. A 10% platform fee is charged on each transaction. Sellers receive the remaining 90% directly to their connected Stripe account. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Prohibited Items

You may not list items that are illegal, stolen, counterfeit, hazardous, or otherwise prohibited by law. Sell My Shiz reserves the right to determine what constitutes a prohibited item and to remove such listings without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sell My Shiz is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to deliver items or buyers to pay.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
